Refund policy
1. No Return Policy
We do not accept returns for products that have been delivered successfully.
We request customers to carefully review the product description, size chart, and other details before placing an order.
2. Size Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes the selected size may not fit as expected. Therefore, we offer size exchange only, subject to the following conditions:
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
- The requested size must be available in stock.
- Exchange is allowed only for the same product in a different size.
- Design, color, or product changes are not permitted under the exchange policy.
3. Exchange Process
To request a size exchange:

- Order Number
- Registered Mobile Number
- Reason for Exchange
- Required Size
Our team will guide you through the exchange process.
4. Reverse Pickup & Shipping Charges
If reverse pickup service is available at your location, it may be arranged.
If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers will be required to ship the product to the address provided by our support team.
Shipping charges for exchange may be borne by the customer unless otherwise specified by Fashion Heist.
5. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following products are not eligible for exchange:
- Products requested after 7 days of delivery.
- Washed or worn products.
- Products without original tags or packaging.
- Damaged products caused by customer misuse.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Clearance, sale, or discounted products (unless defective).
6. Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive:
- A damaged product,
- A defective product, or
- A wrong item,
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and an unboxing video (if available). We will investigate and provide a suitable resolution.
7. Refund Policy
Since we operate a No Return Policy, refunds are generally not provided.
Refunds will only be processed in the following situations:
- The order is cancelled before shipment.
- The ordered product is unavailable.
- A duplicate payment has been received.
- Any other case where Fashion Heist expressly approves a refund.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
